Cooking with Honey

This session was not overwhelmingly supported, with only four members attending (Martin, Sorin, Susan & Rob). But after tasting and discussing the honey cake, biscuits and tarts, the conversation turned to wider topics: Varroa treatments, commercial honey adulteration, the war in Ukraine, beekeeping in Europe, the potential of AI, the broadening interpretation of DNA, the capability of embedded systems, the confusion with such a wide variety of hive designs to chose from, honey extraction in the open air.

After several cups of tea the meeting disbanded at 4 o'clock.
